Virus and malware removal, hardware and software troubleshooting, component installs, upgrades, data backup and cloning.
File a ticket first and the job goes straight into the queue instead of being written up at the counter. If getting the machine to us is the problem, we will collect it for $25 and bring it back free.

If it costs less, the $75 covers both the assessment and the fix. Advanced cases such as liquid damage, no-boot or intermittent faults may need an advanced diagnostic at $125, and we always check with you before proceeding. Custom work not listed below is $89 per hour.
All rates are labour only unless specified; parts are extra. Rush, after-hours and priority service is available at a 25 to 50 percent surcharge. Business accounts and managed services are available on request.
